EthCITA is a non-profit professional organization that was started in 1991 by a group of Ethiopians in the computing industry. The Association's mission, as stipulated by its charter, is two-pronged. i.e., that of encouraging the use of computing and information technology (IT) by the Ethiopian community both at home and abroad and also coordinating the efforts of electronic networking among the community. EthCITA also administers and defines the mission for what is now the premier mailing list for Ethiopians, EEDN (Ethiopian E-Mail Distribution Network). | For more information, questions, suggestions, etc., please send e-mail to Samuel Kinde Kassegne at bikila_97@yahoo.com EthCITA - Ethiopian Computing and Information Technology Association, Inc.
